Our Nigerian Chicken Pie is a popular, savory West African handheld snack consisting of a buttery, flaky pastry shell stuffed with a creamy, well-seasoned mixture of minced or shredded chicken, potatoes, and carrots. It features a succulent blend of chicken, diced carrots, potatoes, and is seasoned with thyme and curry powder. The pastry is a soft, tender, and slightly crumbly dough (similar to Nigerian meat pie dough) that is often baked until golden brown.  We typically bake it for 45-50 minutes.
